My Complaint To The Islamic Council of Europe & Other Sharia Councils Regarding Mufti Siraj Saleh – 14/01/2025
Since the 14th of January 2025, I have started to contact the Sharia Councils in England regarding Mufti Siraj Saleh. I have contacted 21 Sharia Councils and Islamic jurisprudence services since the 14th January 2025. I will continue to make such contact until I can’t find any more Islamic jurisprudence services in England, and then I will focus on the overseas Sharia Councils.
My aim initially was to display all of the Sharia Council names that I contact on my website, however, I have changed my mind. The reason being, the Darul Uloom scholars have a global reach via the Non-Deobandi learned and the scholars affiliated to them, and all it takes is a nudge from a connected scholar to a particular Sharia Council, to force them to ignore and disregard my complaint. By me displaying whom I’ve contacted, it works in the Darul Uloom scholars’ favour.
The Darul Uloom scholars are corrupt to the core as my story proves, and they will do anything to protect Mufti Siraj Saleh and their secret occult ways, and they will intervene and halt any outside concerns. You have to think about it and understand, that the main Dawah scene members in England, the ones who are YouTube famous, are in support of the Darul Uloom scholars, so you can imagine how far the Darul Uloom scholars are able to reach.
Just to name a hand full of the Sharia Councils that I have contacted since the 14th January 2025, and I shouldn’t name anymore for my own interest – The Muslim Council of Britain, Birmingham Central Mosque Sharia Council, Manchester Sharia Council, The Islamic Sharia Council of Leyton, The Muslim Law (Shariah) Council Ealing UK, The Shariah Chambers of Bradford England, Muslim Council of Scotland (SCIO), The Muslim Council of Wales.
I sent them all the exact same email that I sent to The Islamic Council of Europe, with an introduction as displayed below, with the title, I Demand Justice & The Intervention of The Islamic Scholars In England.

I know this email wasn’t originally written directed to this particular Sharia Council, however, I have deliberately sent it to yourselves as to make you aware of my circumstances. The reason I am sending this email to The Muslim Council of Britain, is because I don’t trust Shaykh Haitham Al-Haddad as an adviser of the Islamic Council of Europe, meaning he is with the Darul Uloom scholars, and he is capable of influencing the other learned to ignore and disregard my email, hence the reason I sent it to The Muslim Council of Britain, in addition to the Islamic Council of Europe.
I would like other Sharia Councils to get involved concerning the devilry involving the Darul Uloom scholars, hence the reason I aim to contact further Sharia Councils other than yourselves.
I have already sent this email to the Islamic Council of Europe. I am hoping you may share my email of complaint with others, as to make them aware of my situation, so the scholars in England are forced to stop protecting Mufti Siraj Saleh.
A reader may feel the urge to notify Shaykh Haitham Al-Haddad, hoping to get some credit and advancement, i.e. a pat on the back. Please don’t and share my email with others, because it’s about right and wrong. Shaykh Haitham Al-Haddad will advise to ignore me, because he’s in with Darul Uloom scholars, and involved in the protection of Mufti Siraj Saleh.
A neutral reader who is not with the Darul Uloom scholars, who is not involved in the conspiracy concerning Mufti Siraj Saleh, does not need to take my writing to heart. My interest is to persuade the Islamic scholars in England to do something about Mufti Siraj Saleh and the Darul Uloom scholars.

The Dawah scene members in England have to remember, I have a deadly Sorcerer and his clique with the approval of the Darul Uloom scholars, sending me this entity 24/7 like they’ve lost their minds, and I will not lay down or remain silent. I have no choice but to move forward, because the Darul Uloom scholars have provided me no opportunity to exit.

None of these scholars or the Dawah scene members in England are doing anything for me. Like, what is this a joke or something? i.e. mainstream Islam refuses to discipline this Sorcerer.
You have to be able to put yourself in another person’s shoes, to understand their side. Mufti Siraj Saleh has ravaged my family with the Darul Uloom scholar’s approval and support, now what would you do if you were in my shoes. I personally believe, that you would go crazy and lose your minds if you experienced what I have. I have right of way, and no one can say anything to me.
In this writing, I am left with no choice, and no other option. The situation is, no Islamic scholar or Dawah scene member, i.e. the mobs and the groups of Dawah scene members in England are willing to do anything about Mufti Siraj Saleh.
There’s a reason they can’t and they won’t say anything, and in this writing, I can’t explain truly the reasons why, because it will come across as possibly being slanderous, or defamatory.
So, in this writing I will explain in a subtle way, without putting those displayed on my website in too much of a negative light, and also provide them the opportunity to do the right thing.
What I’m going to explain now, is nothing to do with beef or animosity, or any form of hatred towards those displayed.
It’s about Haq, i.e. the truth, about right and wrong.
The reason for this document, is because I have no choice, there is no other option for me.
One may say, aren’t you worried about the repercussion, i.e. you’re displaying some of the most notable Dawah faces in Islam. Below is a rebuttal video made by Snowdon Street Mosque in Batley, West Yorkshire, England, in support of Mufti Siraj Saleh. The speaker represents Batley Mosque, he has made a defence video regarding the Darul Uloom Deoband school of thought in defence of Mufti Siraj Saleh.
The speaker ran for the Batley council, and I have used his rebuttal video in my own video to highlight this. Akooji Badat, representing the Snowdon Street Mosque in Batley, West Yorkshire, made a defence video defending Mufti Siraj Saleh. Stating that ‘we are the Hanafi Deobandi school of thought, and we are the followers of Darul Uloom Deoband in India’. He stated that he had spoken to several Mufti Sahabs, and they were all in support of Mufti Siraj Saleh Sahib. Stating that all of their senior Ulamas and Molvis, such as Maulana Gangohi, Maulana Thanvi, and Maulana Zakariya, write taweez (talismans) and that it is a normal, traditional practice within their school of thought.
He openly admitted on the audio recording that ‘sometimes they have to go through a huge exercise… to pay their way to make these Iblis type of Satans capture them and then make them do the dirty work’. He compared this spiritual occult practice to football teams, stating that if you want to fight lesser evil spirits, you cannot use a lower-grade team like Leeds United; you must summon a higher-grade team, such as the Manchester City, Iblis, or Lucifer types of Satan, to do the dirty work.

Why am I writing this document and addressing Hamza Tzortzis, and why is he on my website? I have a nightmare of a horror story with the Darul Uloom Deoband Islamic scholars in England, concerning the occult abuse me and my family were subjugated to by a high-ranking Darul Uloom scholar named Mufti Siraj Saleh, who is protected by the network of Darul Uloom scholars globally.

I needed a push, i.e. I needed a trigger to persuade me to explain, and a JKN Institute Mufti named Mufti Abdul Waheed provided me the trigger that I needed. In this document, I am writing about the Darul Uloom scholar’s use of the occult, and the precision use of the entity behind it. I am going into the fine science of use concerning this entity, and the Darul Uloom scholar’s use of it. The focus of this document is chanting and rehearsing Jinn, the fine aspect of it. This writing is the deepest I have gone thus far, and in my opinion this is brutally deep, but I can go deeper.
I have to gradually get into this subject in case a new reader reads my writing, so please bear with me. It’s not an easy subject to explain, so I have to gradually progress into the subject.

In this writing I aim to go deeper than I’ve ever been before, regarding explaining the use of the entity that I talk about. I am going to explain the unexplainable.
It’s not an easy subject to explain, and I can’t just jump right in, encase a new reader reads my writing.
A new reader who hasn’t read my previous writing, SHOULD NOT READ THIS PARTICULAR DOCUMENT.
If a new reader decides that they must read this writing, then at least, you have to read the following document first.
In this writing I start off explaining in a simple way, and I progress into the subject step by step. However, if you stay with me and continue, i.e. later on into my writing, I will rip this subject of false gods and this entity to smithereens. It does take me quite some time to get to where I want to in writing, so please bear with me. Once I do go in, the subject will start unfolding and taking shape.
To me in this document, I have ripped this subject more deeper than my other writings.
This is a subject that you can’t just start off cold in the middle of it. I have no choice but to progress into what I want to explain. I wrote this document without any calculation or planning, i.e. I just went naturally with it from the top of my head. I am going to explain about spirit and the false gods of this earth. Bold statement I know, it’s really very simple when you think about it. To me it’s that simple to see through its laughable. It baffles me how no mystic has ever unravelled this, and how no one else has ever figured this out before. The elite ethnic mystics, i.e. the holy men and the Sorcerers do understand all this, and its mind boggling when you think how they’ve managed to keep this all a secret since man became engaged with this negative force. The Demon Deobandi & The Innate Disposition i.e. The Fitrah – 15/09/2023
I am interested in the word natural disposition and innate inclination, i.e. the Fitrah, because when the understanding of the innate disposition is explained by the learned, no one seems to be calculating the effects of the birth Jinn within every human being. Every Muslim believes that we have a birth Jinn which was appointed to us when we were in the womb by higher angelic forces as part of the earth’s journey, i.e. God’s plan.
I have to explain a little in this area, which will help people understand why the Darul Uloom scholars can be so wicked and evil by supporting Mufti Siraj Saleh after my explanation.
When I talk about this subject in particular, I promise I am not targeting a particular Dawah scene member or his input in this area. I believe most Dawah scene members at one time or another have talked about this subject, and I want to make it clear, that I am not talking about any specific speaker or Dawah scene member.
A Dawah scene member may presume, oh he’s talking about me, etc ,etc, I promise you I’m not. Others who may have used the word innate disposition may feel I’m countering them, I promise you I’m not.
I am simply providing my knowledge in this area by stating, when the original learned input their knowledge in this area, they didn’t understand the effects and the impact of the birth Jinn, i.e. the Lower Astral Entity within man. In my understanding and evaluation, you cannot weigh and calculate the innate disposition of man, and man’s innate drive without weighing the effects of the birth Jinn and how it impacts our own life. You cannot reach to a final conclusion as to the drive of man without weighing the innate drive and the innate disposition of the birth Jinn which lives inside us.
The birth Jinn within us is active and at the forefront every single day of our lives. The birth Jinn is part of us on this earth’s journey, and connected to us in every move we make.

One may say, what kind of title is that, and be alarmed. The Darul Uloom Deoband scholars, especially in England, believe that the Prophet of Islam visits Mufti Siraj Saleh. And I’m putting an end to this madness, hence the title.
In this writing, I go through layers and layers of this subject, i.e. the unseen, the Jinn. And I explain the unknown truth about exorcism, and I explain healing methods that work. There are many areas that I go into in this particular document. I generally write without planning, and I go with the flow. There are places I end up in writing, that I would never imagine myself entering. This writing was unplanned, and the areas I go into was something I would never imagine myself talking about.
I’ve read back through my writing, and I can’t believe that I’ve delved into what I have. This is the deepest I have gone thus far, and it is a lengthy document, and the more one reads the deeper I go.

So, I am putting a cap on this, i.e. the final seal of the messenger, hence the title. In this writing I am going to explain what exactly is visiting Mufti Siraj Saleh, so stay with me and keep reading. There are other areas that I go into regarding the unseen, i.e. the Jinn, which the reader will find interesting.
To the reader, if you’re Muslim, do you believe the actual prophet’s soul, i.e. the actual spirit is visiting Mufti Siraj Saleh. No you don’t believe it, however the religious clergy, i.e. the Darul Uloom Deoband scholars do believe it.
